Shipping Policy

When placing all orders, MAKE SURE ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT. We base our shipping from the information that you send in. We are  Not responsible if you send in the wrong information. All items purchased require a 1-2 day processing time. Once the order is processed Allow 3-10 business days for items to ship. Keep in mind all orders received after 2p.m. CST will not be processed until the next business day.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS! If there are any delays in shipping on our part. the customer will be contacted Immediately.

All custom ordered units require a 3 day processing time. Units Generally ship within 10-14 business days. Please allow extra time if any order is placed during a holiday or weekend. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

 

Return Policy

All SALES ARE FINAL! Please Carefully read and review all orders before purchasing. Items purchased WILL NOT be refunded, but can be exchanged for an item of equal value. Items can be exchanged up to 3 days from the original purchase date. In order to exchange an item, it must be returned in the original state it was sent. All exchanges must be shipped back at the customers expense. Items WILL NOT be exchanged if it has been altered in anyway! Please refer to Contact section to request an Exchange.

Units are custom made to your preference, therefore can not be returned or exchanged. Please make sure all measurements are correct when measuring your head. If you are unsure of how to measure, refer to the Contact  section to request instructions on the proper way to measure your head.
